I applied online and the recruiter reached out about 3 weeks later. We scheduled and interview in which he did not show up. I sent an email confirming the time/communication method, and received no response. 2 weeks later I received an email from him with no explanation asking to reschedule. We rescheduled. I asked to move the time up and again received no response. Its funny to receive information from this company about how transparent and wonderful their recruiting process is, only to have a noncommuntive, non helpful recruiter. Marketing Org - If you arent getting qualified candidates, I would take a long look at your recruiter.
