Initial contact from HR by phone back in August 2019 (yes, really - 2019!). Explained they had used up all of their quota for the year, but wanted to give me a take home test to be completed within a few weeks. No timescales given as to a decision. I found this to completely bizarre, and given my current job commitments and lack of any commitment from Cloudflare as to when availability could be confirmed, I decided not to fill in the test. Got confirmation (via a no-reply email address - very naughty from an Internet infrastructure company - they seem to want to make their own rules rather than follow others) that they are not proceeding on the 19th May 2022. That is a gap of 2 years, 9 months. Outrageous.
