Interview
Initial screening beforehand, followed by interview. Was rejected because timing didn't work - I was told by the hiring manager at the start of the interview that the timing would be an issue but still went through some questions and I could ask questions about the company. I felt that the screening questions should have rejected me beforehand since the timing was an issue.

Interview process is long but they are transparent with you upfront about. No take home assessment or presentation required for the interview in this job function. Recruiter screen > Hiring manager (HM) interview > Six person panel ranging from 45 mins/person to 30 mins/person > Three person ELT panel 30 mins/person > offer > CEO 15 minute interview. The only out-of-the-ordinary approach to their interviewing format/questions is to include a person unrelated to your disciple and someone you'd probably never work with to ask you behavioral questions about your leadership and collaboration style. I believe this is called an OrangeCloud (?) interview and it was three questions that were all "tell me about a time" or "how did you deal with" format. Below-average experience working with the recruiting team and I echo the sentiment shared in a lot of these reviews about poor-to-no communication/lack of care provided by that group. If you are not selected to move forward, you are highly likely going to need to reach out to recruiter to get a status update. It took 10 days and multiple emails, including one to the HM, for me to get an update after I completed the six person panel.

Horrible. Went all the way through to final interviews with senior leadership and then....nothing. Fully ghosted. Could not get a response when I emailed and called. Wasted a lot of time.
Interview process: initial screening call, call with hiring manager, half day of interviews with team leads, writing sample, two final interview with leadership. Waste of time for no final communication.
