I interviewed in April, and it took 4 weeks. As you'll see in the other reviews and also probably heard of, there are many rounds to the interview process. In total, I had about 8 calls, and had a very good experience speaking with everyone.
They really want to ensure they know who they are hiring and hence the many rounds. I guess it depends on how you see it, but you can be sure when you join that the people you work with and the culture will be really good. It's also actually quicker than it seems as my 4 weeks was including the waiting time for the C-suite interview. The other 7 rounds took about 2+ weeks to go through, due to the efficiency of the recruiter.
After the call with the recruiter, I met with the hiring manager for the first round. Once I cleared that, I had the 2nd round with 5 separate interviews, including the boss of my hiring manager. After that, the 3rd round I had was with the VP of the team.
If you've done well enough then you'll receive a provisional verbal offer before the last round with a C-suite level, which was a short one for me to ask questions I have about the company.
Overall, it was a huge pleasure to meet everyone and I enjoyed every conversation I had. When you join, it really shows how their interview process pays off with the people in the company.
