I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Applied on company website; had an internal referral Step one was 10 questions, basically mock tickets, assessing your customer service skills and DNS/HTTP protocol troubleshooting, and knowledge of the CDN and Cloudflare basics Afterwards, did not receive any feedback on the homework, just that they were moving forward to an initial interview it was a very basic "team fit" screening call which explained the basics of the role, how you are trained and placed onto a team based on your performance in their "boot camp" program. based on your aptitude there you're placed on a particular team usually that has a product or two as main focus. You will start with SMB then potentially move up to larger clients, up and outwards to either management or senior TSE. Apparently there were still 5 more interviews after this one. I was surprised to hear that for a support / ticket based role. They asked for explanation of your work history, goals, and salary at this stage as well. A few days later I was given a generic denial email. I would have preferred to do the screening interview before the homework. If I had learned the interview process was so long I would not have moved forward either. The process seems a bit dated
Very lengthy interview process. Back to back 3 hours interview with different teams within a same day. Good filteration at each level. Tough interview but every one were very professional with their questions. Given enough time to prepare and answer the questions

Interview
One word: devastated.
I went through about 6 - 7 interviews with Cloudflare. Every single one felt like it went well. I had meaningful conversations, great feedback from both interviewers and the team, and even made it to the panel round. A week later, I got the email, I wasn’t moving forward.
Cloudflare has been a dream company for me. I genuinely enjoyed the process, everyone was super nice and welcoming. I’m grateful for the opportunity to interview. But it’s hard not to feel confused. When everything seems to work, when people say good things and appreciate you during the interviews, it’s difficult to make sense of a "no."
I know this post won’t change the outcome, but I just wanted to say thank you, Cloudflare, for the chance. This one stings.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cloudflare (Portugal)
Interview
I went through about 5 or 6 interviews and a couple of tests. They take you all the way to the final interview and then completely ghost you. HR are very bad at providing updates between interviews, making the process very frustrating. Overall, it was highly unprofessional. I'm happy I didn't get the offer because I was desperate and would have accepted it lol. They were transparent about the pay after the first Interview which was only 1500 euro.
