It was a really weird interview. It was focused on my motivations and what I look for in a company. No product questions were asked and the interviewer seemed more interesting in collecting user feedback from the product they manage rather than assessing my fit to the role. No context about the role was offered. What was expected to do, what its challenges were, and what would the day-to-day look like.
