I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare in Feb 2024
Interview
There was an initial call with the hiring manager followed by a technical round. Next were the panel rounds, which consisted of a technical panel and panels from other teams. I received a rejection for the reason of not having enough experience, which was odd given that they didn't ask much to test the depth of my knowledge, nor did they seem interested in taking the interview. The panel rounds with the stakeholders from other teams were actually really good, and I had fun talking to them.
