Met with recruiter - didn't hear anything for 2 weeks then scheduled hiring manager interview. Hiring leader was wonderful and a great conversation. Recruiting however was very difficult to work with a poor representation of the company. Didn't respond to emails and did not provide any updates through the process until it was last minute.
