The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Horrid experience.
- I never spoke to HR, they never responded to any of emails, just kept sending me next stage interviews
- 6 stages, including hackrank
- Engineers in the interview looked completely burnt out and exhusted.
- I completed all 6 stages - took more than 9 hours. A few days later after my final interview, they sent me an automated rejection. I've contacted HR to provide feedback on what I could improve on, but they've just ignored my emails. Very poor and negative experience.
I wanted to work for Cloudflare before this process, after that horrid process, I never want to work them. The interview process shows you a lot about a company.

Question 1
Medium Hackarank question. They will quiz you in the next interview on 'why' you coded it like that, when you only had 45 mins.

Interview
Super cool process, with multiple stages and comprehensive people. Although I’ve not been selected, it was a nice experience and I would love to participate in the process again in the future
I applied online. I interviewed at Cloudflare in Jan 2026
Interview
First step was the interview with hiring manager, next step - live coding, then I dropped off because of poor communication from the recruiter's side.
Technical people are cool and very friendly, I didn't feel nervous with them and got a lot of information about the projects they work on.
But HR side requires improvement. They can ignore your re-scheduling request or skip the call without prior notification.
