5 interviews were arranged with about 12 hours notice, which was a little stressful to prepare for. All the interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes, during which time the interviewers asked me 3-4 competency based questions, so I was asked to think of around 15-20 separate examples of situations. I repeated some, and frankly made others up as it was too much. It also left very little time for my questions, so I did not feel that the process was truly two way. Unfortunately after the initial rush, it all went very quiet and I received another offer. I never did hear any feedback or update from the recruiter which I think is quite rude, so I know I made the right choice to go elsewhere.
