Application and Interview process was very slow, cumbersome and poorly managed. Was contacted 5 months after applying, with 30 days between two sets of interviews. Interviewers, while passionate about the company didn't seem prepared or engaged for a discussion. Only one of them would be classified as a hiring manager. Questions were basic and mostly recital type and when answering, because it was a video call, I could see they were staring at their email. I was never contacted about feedback or next steps despite asking while I know I am well qualified for the role and interviewers told me they would recommend me.
