Lengthy and inefficiency. Had one phone call with the director, one more with the hiring manager, another one with engineers then recruiter call. Followed up with so-called panel interviews. Multiple rounds of technical and non-technical interviews. People seem nice. However, they didn't set up the interview according to the time slots I've shared. Worst of all, they ghosted me after the interview. Not even a courtesy follow-up. This happened last month (Apr-May 2024). Same thing happened to me with Cloudflare back in 2018. I should have stopped wasting my time with them.
