There were about 5 rounds, and the process took about 3 months to get to the final round. There was the initial recruiter round, hiring manager, prospective colleague interview and a 'Orange Cloud' interview.
Most of the employees seemed very friendly and I thought potentially great to work with.
I passed all interviews up to the final round, where the recruiter advised me that they could not meet my salary expectations; they said the most they could offer was about £20k less than the expected salary for a Senior TAM - which is significantly lower than industry expectations for a major tech vendor. They mentioned something about 'seniors' and 'senior seniors' when it came to salary bands. My thought is that no Senior TAM at a major vendor would paid the amount suggested, but perhaps non-senior.
I was rather disappointed, since Cloudflare were a tech vendor I was always interested in and respected.
