I have never seen so much chaos in interview scheduling. The recruiters don't know what is happening exactly. They schedule interview and then cancel at last minute. After cancellation, no follow-up.
Then Candidate has to follow-up, then they will send a calendar link to provide availability but the calendar show time-slots of East European timezones. So they want you to take interview at 5am latest. Basically set-up for failure.

First step was the interview with hiring manager, next step - live coding, then I dropped off because of poor communication from the recruiter's side.
Technical people are cool and very friendly, I didn't feel nervous with them and got a lot of information about the projects they work on.
But HR side requires improvement. They can ignore your re-scheduling request or skip the call without prior notification.
