Cloud flair has a very clear distinct process that is explained at the beginning and is available online. They provide any resources for you to understand the company and the hiring managers clearly outlined the expectations of the role.

Applied and was sent a link to select a time to chat with the HR rep 5 days later. 30 min before my interview time, HR rep left me a VM and sent an email saying they needed to reschedule due to another HR meeting. They did mention my input on available times later in the day and the following day which I did. No response to my response email or my follow-up the next day. Totally unprofessional and a huge waste of time to move around my schedule only to get ghosted.
