First off, this process took forever and required me to follow up multiple times to get an answer on moving forward. The process is one recruiter interview, then a manager interview, then a mock disco call followed by panel interview (3 back-to-back interviews) then a final executive interview. I worked here in the past and had a referral from my previous manager as well as current employees. However, it still took a month to get the manager interview scheduled. Two weeks later I did the mock disco and panel interviews then didn't hear from them again. Followed up 10 days later and was told they were still conducting interviews and thanks for my patience. A month after the interview, I check in and was told there's someone further along in the process than me so they're going with them instead. Felt very disrespectful despite the time I've put into this company and this interview process
