Cloudflare's interview process does not show much respect for candidates' time and seems to reflect larger disarray within the company (stock is down significantly, CEO attacked his own sales org on the latest earnings call). After three phone calls with HR, an interview with the hiring manager, an interview with the enterprise sales leader, AND a panel interview, I had to reach out twice to get an answer from HR two weeks later to tell me they weren't moving me forward as a candidate. They mixed up information and couldn't remember details from previous calls. The individuals I spoke to were very nice, but their overall way of doing things raised a lot of red flags. Wishing I put the time and energy elsewhere in my search.
