The interview process will age like fine wine. Just 8 rounds of interviews to assess your skills if you’re a culturally fit individual apart from the basic BAU for which you’ll be responsible.
After 8 rounds of interviews, the whole hiring team is so incompetent because they will fire you without a notice, else they’ll make things so difficult for you that you will leave nonetheless.
