Total lack of respect from interviewers. I was approached through LinkedIn some months ago, I've replied agreeing on an interview and then I was ghosted. Then more recently they approached me again, I've agreed a second time for an interview, the interview was scheduled but no one showed up. I've waited 20 minutes, and nothing. I've sent e-mails to the recruiter and to the interviewer which was the hiring manager and got no responses at all. After one day I've followed up and still silence. I wonder if they do this on a recruiting process, then on a day to day basis, employees must be handled with nothing but disrespect.
