My interview process was nearly perfect. I met with Gin (HR Manager) about the job posting that was on LinkedIn. There was transparency about the role from the beginning and a mutual trust built early on. Given that the boxes were checked during that initial interview, I had a second interview with the AVP of Growth, who oversees the Sales & Marketing team. Based on the conversation, I was invited on-site to meet with the AVP of Growth and our CEO, Husein Sharaf. I was informed that company wanted to flush out the role a bit more and further determine what the role was going to entail as it was a new role. Cloudforce was very honest and transparent about that. During that time, I maintained consistent communication with my now boss and was kept well-informed. Very grateful for how things transpired.
