I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudmed (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Overall, it was relatively quick and very professional. I was prepared but they had my resume printed which was great to see. Also, I interviewed before COVID had hit so I had an in-person interview with a lunch which was amazing because I got to know more about the role on a casual level.

Have you ever had a bad experience with customer service?
Very straight forward interview process. Met with recruiter then a senior director and 2 hiring managers. Very straightforward questions about my experience and behavioral questions. Involved a few questions about data.
Straight forward interview with the directors of the department. Very nice people who conducted more of a conversation than anything else. After that got a call from HR with an offer.
