Interviews are conducted by the Principals at the college campus. Then, if selected, you're invited back to the corporate office for a series of interviews and case studies. I believe the final decision is made by a committee with feedback from all parties.

Interview
The interview process was Quick and easy. Interviewers (supervisor and manager) seemed friendly but almost desperate to hire. It only took One interview. Got offered the job with a two hours.
Went very smooth. Interviewers were very nice and easy to converse with. Nothing to complain about and I have been very pleased with the job so far. They were also very good at communicating during the process.

What is one thing you recently took initiative to learn on your own?
Simple and straight forward. 3 interviews with managers and director. They also have you complete a case study study. The case study took about an hour and was sent back for review by management.
