First I received a phone screening. I then got a case study about a week later and then I got a manager video interview and lastly, a director video interview. Whole process was around 4 weeks

Interview
Phone screen, then case study, and two interviews is the general process. I had only made it through the first round of interviews despite it going very well and my interviewer telling me to expect a call to schedule the next round. At the end of the interview I had inquired about start date and was transparent about the fact I had received an offer from somewhere else in hopes it could expedite the process. Received a no two days later. Very disappointing as I was told to expect another round and I did what I could by being transparent.
