Interview
The interview process was pretty typical. I met with various members of the team and both of the founders. There were three rounds total, including the initial phone call/screen. The interviews were quite lengthy but very general and low key.
Interview consists of four separate sections:
- First is a grammar test that you have a limited amount of time to mark the errors
- Second you are guided through the day-to-day work by an experienced Associate
- Third you meet with a Consultant
- Fourth you meet with a Senior Consultant
