The interview process was pretty straight forward here. Recruiter call and then I was in office for 4 separate 1 on 1 interviews with possible future colleagues and managers. The process was set out nicely and there was no confusion. During the interviews they did not seem to collaborate at all and I was asked similar questions from all of them. A few interviewers made me feel like they had never conducted an interview and asked all the standard situational interview questions that you could print out from the first page on Google. "Tell me a time when you went through something difficult" and those type of questions. Talk about the most boring interview type ever. They didn't actually want to get to know me. This was a red flag. I actually asked questions about them instead and got some rettt short winded responses. Long story short. The process was great. The interviews were not. The culture did not seem very fun or enjoyable (which is weird because sales is usually pretty fun) and I'm glad that I did not receive an offer.
