Applied online, received an email to schedule a phone screen on the same day. Two days before the scheduled call, received an automated rejection email, which I assumed was a mistake in their system. One day later, before my call, I was told that they had decided to move forward with another candidate... Interesting they couldn't spare 15 minutes to ensure I didn't walk away with a bad impression of the company.
