      Operations Specialist Interview

      Sep 20, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Oakland, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Clutter (Oakland, CA) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Very Unprofessional, the director/person who scheduled the interview for me didn't even bother to show up. There was no notice and waited an extra 20 minutes for a no show. Ended up interviewing with a team of random workers/supervisors put together who was just working there at the time. The workers didn't seem interested in doing an interview at all. There was no further notice or reply to my e-mails even though they said they would contact me. For a company focused on 5 stars service, this was a 1 star interview process.
