The interview process was very thorough, and they were looking to not only fit the culture but fit the job description. The first touch point was a phone screen, walking them through my resume. The second touch point was a case study, where I worked through the case and showed them the logic I used to solve the issues presented in the case. My third touch point was a walk through of the case. My fourth touch point was in person interviews, where they flew me to Culver City to meet several members of the team. During this fourth touch point, I met many members of the team and worked on current issues they are facing. My final touch point before the offer was a phone conversation with the founder I hadn't met yet. After that call, I was contacted once more with an offer.
