After applying and you meet their qualifications, you'll get an email to schedule a phone interview time with he VP of Sales. Don't get your hopes up as I was left waiting for 45 mins to no call or email saying they were running late. I emailed back out of courtesy asking if we still had an interview during our allotted time, if they went with another candidate, or if they would like to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following week, only to receive an email 2 mins prior to my scheduled time that said , "they were going in a different direction...". Now I'm fine with that, however, as a Recruiter I know that these decisions don't come at a flip of a dime, there's discussions and planning that comes with it. My phone interview was slated for the latter half of the week, which gives plenty of time to let someone know that the role is nonexistent or that they went with another candidate. I like to do research into a company to prep myself for an interview (whether on phone or in-person), and with this company it felt like a waste of time.
If you're a Recruiter as well, stay away from this place, don't waste your time. There are more friendlier places to work! Heed the other reviews (which I saw but still applied) and give this company a PASS.
