      Interview

Smart team at a growing company. Everybody asked thorough, fair questions and seemed genuinely engaged with the company and the work they were doing. We went through a few rounds of interviews that culminated with an in-office visit.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There was a interview with the founder who asked broad, personality-type questions. It was difficult to know what conclusions he drew from this conversation, but it might have been a more-effective interview with pointed questions.
