One 30 minute phone interview, basic interview questions such as what traits do you look for in an applicant. Moved on to second round which was another 30 minute phone screen with director of launch who will try to throw you off guard by asking questions such as "what are twenty things you would do with duct tape, go" - guy comes off as very arrogant. No questions on work experience or role itself. As far as I could understand the Launch Manager isn't data-driven role whatsoever - just people management and hustle, so questions such as "what's the circumference of the Earth" came off as arrogant. Then a case study without a presentation which is totally bizarre and just a plain waste of my time. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me to say I wasn't a good fit apparently there was family issues and didn't have time to say they're moving on with a new candidate. Good riddance. No recruiters so I will cut them some slack on how was handled, but there was way too much arrogance and complete disregard for people's time and energy in interviews.
