Phone technical screen -> Take-home -> Phone technical screen -> Onsite
First round call was great - interviewer demonstrated agreeableness and high EQ, making the conversation enjoyable. The second phone call with the team lead felt like an interrogation and was more of a grind - it was at this point that I had serious doubts about wanting to work under my interviewer.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Clutter
Interview
1) Phone screen
2) Homework assignment
3) Another phone screen
4) In person interview
Like most other hiring processes, it was ultimately a huge waste of time. No discussion of the mandatory homework assignment.
Despite committing 15+ hours to the Clutter interview process, I was notified I wouldn't be moving forward in an email sent from a no-reply address that landed in my junk folder.
