      Interview

I had a really bizarre interview experience with this company. I applied for a position in their talent acquisition department and a week later, received an invitation for a phone interview with someone pretty high-ranking. I won't say his name or title because I'm not a jerk. At the start of the interview he told me that he would be taking a walk around the neighborhood, so there were a lot of noise distractions and the signal was spotty throughout our conversation. Also, I'm assuming that he did not have my resume on hand. Really surprised that someone working in the talent acquisition department thought that this was appropriate interview etiquette. I'm all about a casual atmosphere but this just felt borderline rude and disrespectful.
