I submitted an application for their Human Resources Assistant role. I received an email from a member of the Recruiting team on Wednesday inviting me to a "15-30 min phone interview" (who does 15 min phone interviews?) with "open availability Thursday and Friday." I responded within 2 hours of the email saying I was free before 11:00a on Thursday and never heard anything back. I followed-up that Friday again via email and (surprise!) heard nothing. I followed up at the top of the following week and heard nothing, again. Such a disappointing experience. A courtesy update to a candidate either way would've really helped their employer brand in this scenario. I will not be considering this as my place of work in the future.
