Before any interview or conversation, they emailed me an assessment assignment and asked me to provide a detailed response and example emails. I was very thorough and have more experience than the position called for, but I didn't hear anything for weeks, even after I followed up. Eventually they emailed that they weren't moving me forward, but didn't provide any feedback. I think they're just gathering information and not necessarily interested in the candidates they're contacting. Seems like other candidates for various positions have had similar experiences.

I had a short and very unprofessional phone screen that helped me quickly decide I was not interested in working at Clutter. The interviewer was in the bathroom or something as I heard flushing toilets and doors opening and closing throughout the call. Interviewer often didn't hear my responses and was rather arrogant and dismissive. The company seems to pride itself on its culture and from this interview it was clear I wanted no part of it. Clutter's culture seems to be long on disrespect, short on vision, and hiding behind a facade of intelligence.
