This is a funny experience to me, after this on-site, they asked my reference list. Then I gave it to them, but during this reference check, the HR asked one of my reference this question, "do you interested in our company and this Senior Product analyst role? Can we schedule a phone call to talk about it?" Very interesting, reference check is a call they could use to recruit another people!!!!! So be careful people, your references will be their new goals!!!
