The HR recruiter that contacted and interviewed me over the phone was very unprofessional throughout. She first contacted me via phone leaving me a voicemail asking to set up a phone screen interview. I called her back and she told me she would like to set up a time for the phone screen. I received a confirmation e-mail from her with the date and time of the "in-person" interview. I e-mailed her back to confirm if it was a phone or in-person. She then sent me a phone interview confirmation as she made a mistake. I sent a confirmation e-mail back on the date and time. When the phone interview comes around, she did not call me nor bother to contact me. I e-mailed her a couple of hours after she was supposed to call to say it was too bad we were not able to connect and to see if she wanted to reschedule. I did not receive another response from her until 6 days later when she asked when would be good to reschedule. We confirmed another date/time. This time she called me 7 minutes late and didn't apologize for calling late. I went through the phone screen and everything seemed fine. I sent a follow up thank you letter the same night and never heard another word from her. There was no common courtesy on her part throughout the process and made me wonder about the company as a whole.
