After 2 interviews, I was told the position they were interviewing me for was "not urgent", and that their hands were full and couldn't prioritize my application. I wasn't even bugging them for updates, they just flat out told me it wasn't a priority. It was unprofessional, to say the least. And why contact me in the first place? That was a few months ago but after coming across their glassdoor page now, I see that this is one of many shortcomings. If you're not going to hire, at least leave a good impression so applicants will still want to work with you.
