The recruiter was polite and knowledgeable. The first interview was with the Chief Human Resources Officer who was nearly 10 minutes late to the virtual interview. Within the first 10 minutes of talking, he took a phone call and then muted himself but kept his camera on for over 5 minutes. The rest of the interview was fine although he negated all of the recent negative press and reviews.
After moving forward to second-round interviews, I met with 3 different HR leaders for 1 hour each. After finishing those interviews, I didn't hear back from a recruiter for several days. I had to follow-up twice with two different recruiters to receive feedback. When I did get a reply, I was dispositioned via email although I had already spent 4.5 hours interviewing with CoStar. In my background with HR, this is a huge no-no. Out of mere respect, candidates who've interviewed face-to-face and invested the time should always receive a phone call if they're not moving forward. Not to mention, the reason I was given was that I don't have as much experience at a larger company compared to other candidates, which they of course knew prior to the 4+ hours I spent interviewing.
I will add that the Senior HR Director on the West Coast is absolutely lovely and truly seemed like a wonderful person to work with.
