The interview process was poor to say the least. Expectations for job responsibilities are based on the good ole boy network. I should have taken previous glass door’s negative reviews of this organization much more serious I could have saved myself over $500 in unnecessary travel expenses. The interview process very simple but was archaic in nature. I should have followed my gut feelings, but thought I had an honest chance of being hired. The background investigation process was unfair and biased. Questions asked of my friends and co-workers indicated there where no issues in being highly ethical and more than qualified for position. I found out through local friends and internal sources several days later that a employee who left position was rehired after they had quit.
