This job didn't require experience, so a lot of the questions were general. The manager was very chatty, so I felt like he was trying to gauge my personality. I feel the manager sugarcoated the job. This position has a lot of turnover so they want you to take the job. This position has changed since I was hired. It used to be that they only hired full-time workers. Now the company hires part-time workers, and if they work very hard and are completely compliant, they have the "honor" of becoming full-time. It's kind of sad really, because this is a rough job, so there is nothing great about doing this full-time.
