I sat down with my future manager for about half an hour. He asked pretty basic questions to get a feel for whether I was responsible and hard working. The job didn't require any specific skills, so the interview seemed to be mostly about getting someone reliable into the position. They are a rather professional organization and don't hire with an expectation of high turnover.
