Fast, informal (1-way interview), and zero communication afterwards would be a quick summary of this application and interview process. I was contacted for an interview with 15 minutes of submitting my application. I completed the one-way interview the same day and felt as I had done as well as I could have given there are only two attempts and you are timed as well. I then heard nothing back from anyone for almost a month and only received an email stating I was not selected. Not one time during my entire application process did I speak with anyone that worked for the company.
