Very cookie cutter and scenario based. They just wanna see what your attitude and problem solving abilities lie.
Critical thinking and a calm head are what they will go for. Also stressing building relationships with customers gets you far.
Very intense. Two interviewers in a cubicle. No cordiality whatsoever. Rude and short. Was not informed I would be interviewing with a group. I showed up to learn this information. I still am affected by this negative experience.
