I applied online. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Straight forward with the basic questions of how you handle different situations and can you think outside the box. The only weird remark I got was I was interviewed for small format basically you hit small chains and not big chains like Walmart. I was told this job is harder then construction. I was kinda dumb founded by this comment. It's stocking not being outside with tools.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy, they use the S.T.A.R.S method and will let you know that prior to the interview. I sat with 2 supervisors and they took turns asking questions along the lines “name a time when you had to overcome a difficult situation”.
