Open, transparent, friendly and respectful even though I did not receive the job. I ultimately understand how I performed in the interview and why I did not get the role. They explained it was just that other candidates had more relevant experience.

They send you a link to their github page which includes list of questions and plenty of documents to prepare for the questions which will be asked.
They have well structured interview process. The best part is they don't check from which background your are coming from, they purely evaluate on your skills. Your resume is not given to interview panel for any role they are hiring for

Interview
Excellent conversation with recruiter who took the time to outline their skills-based interview process. Post-interview, they let me know they had filled the role with someone further along in the process, but suggested a new one to apply to. I read through the skills-based assessments for the role and was impressed at how thorough it was. That role ended up being restructured, but the process left me with a strong impression of the company.
