The interview rounds were a blend of technical, behavioral, and situational questions, providing a well-rounded view of the role and the challenges an SDR might face. The interviewers were not only well-prepared and knowledgeable but also genuinely interested in understanding how my skills aligned with the company's goals. Tasks included: Cold call role play, identifying ideal customer profile, outreach/ marketing campaign reviews
Main interview is three interviews, one hour each. Honestly very clear and concise process just have to be prepared for each and have a very strong WHY. Be prepared to talk about your experience and how it would correlate to the role. Everyone I met with was super conversational and well informed
Arrogant and dismissive, didn’t provide feedback. They have this highly committing interview process with tons of exercises and case studies which is already off putting. They asked me to put together a presentation no one even checked and eventually rejected and never provided feedback for the 2 round interviews I had done.
