The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Cockroach Labs (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I applied online and got a phone screening with the recruiter within a week. She was very nice and quick in responding to emails. Then I got set up to speak with a director through video call.
He called my cell instead because he was driving. But he was very nice, explained a bit about the role and told me he would love me to take a Salesforce test during the first week of commencing. At the end, he said he would love to move me to the next round to speak with the team.
The recruiter told me that she will arrange and get back to me. But she disappeared and didn’t reply to my email. It was very disappointing. After two months, she emailed me saying I was not the best fit and they will stick with those BEST FIT.
