I applied online via website and received a denial email a few days later. Although it is a 'generic' denial email, it would be nice to know 'why', but it seems as though I was (another) victim to the ATS system that is typically in line with 'unconscious bias' recruiting. At least I was encouraged to use their product so I can be featured on their website (but they do not want to hire me hmmm). I hope Coda takes a look at its hiring practices as i'm sure they are receiving a ton of resumes from eager black and brown applicants who are more than qualified for their roles! (Based on their website it looks like they can use some black and brown people). At least I received a response, but it is a shame that in these crazy sad times that a SYSTEM determines if a PERSON is qualified or not!
