The interview process was not difficult. The main thing the company cares about, at least in my experience, is your ability to work with kids. That is the most important thing apart from some basic knowledge of programming, but that isn't really even a requirement since they are mainly working from a curriculum.

If a child is problematic, how will you deal with that in the dojo (the preferred name for the classroom).
Overall straightforward simple coding questions, they know its mainly kids who teach so there not too worried about strict hiring. If your good with kids that matter a lot. so, make sure they know you care.
Informal chat about previous experience in tutoring. What you would do under different case scenarios. Your schedule. Tour around the location. Not very difficult pretty basic and straightforward. Previous experience would help.

Have you explained to parents before on the learning progress of the their child whom you tutored?
Interviewer no showed the first interview. We rescheduled and they were late for that interview. Interviewer was eating cupped ramen as they interviewed me. The interviewer dismissed my resume experience. They had me roleplay scenarios with kids acting troubled. I was then told to visit the site in person. After doing so I received a job offer which I accepted. They did not follow up after I accepted the offer and completed a background check. Did not end up working for them...
